Abstracts for Satellite symposia
Organisers of the Satellite symposia invite authors to submit abstracts to be considered for inclusion in the programme.
Method of submission
- Please submit your abstract only via the online submission form that is accessible in the User zone.
- Abstracts sent by e-mail cannot be considered.
- If you submit an abstract for a satellite symposium, you are automatically registered for the respective symposium. In this case no further action is required from you to register for this symposium.
- To submit an abstract
- Click the link „Abstract list - add a new abstract“ in the box Contributions on the homepage of your User zone.
- Click the button "Add a new contribution".
- Select the satellite symposium that you wish to participate in.
- Submit your abstract. Some explanatory are given in the submission form above the fields to be filled in. The abstract review form is straightforward and self-explanatory.

Format of abstracts
- Title: Make the title of the abstract brief, clearly indicating the nature of the investigation. Use a capital letter for the first letter in the title only (DO NOT capitalize each word). Maximum of 15 words.
- The length of the abstracts should not be more than 250 words.
- Tables and pictures cannot be included in abstracts.
Registration without contribution for Satellite symposia
- If you submit an abstract for a satellite symposium, you are automatically registered for the respective symposium. In this case no further action is required from you to register for this symposium.
- Registration without contribution is possible and welcome for most of the satellite symposia. Please see the table above.
- Please register only via the online form that is accessible in the User zone.
- Registration requests sent by e-mail cannot be considered.
- To register without contribution:
- Click the link „Abstract list - add a new abstract“ in the box Contributions on the homepage of your User zone.
- Click the button "Add a new contribution".
- Select the satellite symposium that you wish to participate in.
- Select the participation option “Participation without contribution“.
Registration fee
Satellite symposia are free of charge for participants, however registration in advance is required.
