Childcare
Dear congress visitors,
we would love to offer you an onsite daycare service for your children at the Congress of the European Society for Evolutionary biology, which will be held at the Prague Congress Centre, the Czech Republic, on 14-19 August 2022.
This service costs 10 EUR/per day and per child and will be provided at the following times:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8:00-18:00
- Wednesday - 8:00-13:30
- Friday - 8:00-17:00
Please note that during the lunch break you have to pick up your child/children and ensure the lunch for them.
Childcare will be provided by trained and experienced staff.
There will be a separate room for children with toys, games and other equipment.
A drinking regime will be followed during the day and snacks, especially fruit, will be available.
If your child has any dietary restrictions or you require other specific services or treatment, please complete and specify these requirements in the questionnaire.
Based on requests, we have extended the age limit from 3-12 years.

For organizational reasons, we will be glad if you fill in the application form by 15.7.2022.
Please notice that the number of children is limited.
We ask parents to take out travel insurance for their children for the duration of their stay.
Cancellations and refunds
The ESEB 2022 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at eseb2022@guarant.cz in the event of the cancellation of te daycare service. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Until 31 July 2022 - full refund of the registration fee
From 1 August 2022 - no refund
